Subscriptions: Enjoy regular deliveries of our products based on the subscription plan you choose. Your payment details are securely stored, and you're charged per delivery unless you pay in advance. Subscriptions may automatically renew. You have the freedom to cancel or modify your subscription anytime through the link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order allows you to purchase products before they are available in our inventory. Payment may be taken fully at checkout or as a partial deposit, with the remaining amount charged upon shipment. You can cancel any pre-order that hasn't been shipped yet. Once shipped, pre-orders cannot be canceled, but you can refer to our returns policy for refund options.
